satisfaction is guaranteed! All of our brand new items come with a
30-Day Warranty period starting on day the item was shipped. We will
replace the defective item(s), provided that they are in stock,
within the 30-day warranty period. Customers must email or call us
for an RMA request and return the item(s) at his/her own cost.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. After the
30-Day Warranty period is over, the manufacturer warranty
will take effect. There is a 15% restocking fee if your item
is returned to us incomplete or used. No exceptions. All
sales are considered final after the 30 day warranty period.
We will ship replacement items to you at no additional cost.
2-Year Extended Limited Warranty
California Palms warrants that each part of this product will be
free from defects in material and workmanship for a two (2) year
period from date of purchase, unless otherwise noted in the auction
description above. Please retain your invoice/receipt
because we will require you provide proof of purchase. No proof of
purchase, no service, no exceptions. This warranty does not include
wear and tear, abuse or negligence. If you experience a defect,
please contact us via email or our toll-free phone number to arrange
for repairs or replacement of defective part. Customer is
responsible for shipping costs.
