Troubleshooting

Please refer below for Troubleshooting:

1. Make sure that the switch button is in a correct position. You might need to slide the switch harder, to move to the edge. For camera, the switch must be at the USB (slide to the left) and for cards switch must be at the SD (slide to the right).

2. Make sure the photo/video format is supported by iPad.

3. Make sure the photos/videos are in folder named: "DCIM".

4. Turn on the camera after plugging the kit to the iPad.

5. If you try above and still doesn't work, please restart your iPad by pressing OFF button for 10 seconds.

6. If it pop-up a window "IPAD do not support this accessory", just close the window and ignore it. Follow regular step would be fine.
