Description:

Polyester is a strong and durable material for webbing. It is used to provide safety and resilience over other webbing materials. Country Brook Design Polyester Webbing is offered in a beautiful array of colors making it an attractive addition to any project. Polyester combines many of the benefits of both polypropylene and nylon without some of the negatives.

Specifications:

  • 5/8" wide
  • Approximately .078" or 2.02mm thick
  • 1800 lbs tensile strength
  • UV Resistant
  • Abrasion Resistant
  • Moisture Resistant

Notes on Use:

It is best to use 5/8" hardware with this polyester webbing. D-rings, buckle, triglides etc. are sized by the webbing or straps they are meant to be used with.

Tensile strength is the average breaking point under good conditions at the factory. We recommend that you use no more that 75% of the tensile strength of any webbing.

Country Brook Design cannot be held responsible for misuse of our product. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of the product for their use.

Some rolls may contain factory splices. If you need a continuous roll let us know.

This heavy-weight material is stronger than polypropylene webbing, but can be used in most of the same applications, including:
