We accept eligible returns within 30 days after package delivery (based on tracking information). Conditions that qualify an item for a return/refund:
*Item is damaged out-of-box. In other words, the item possesses a manufacturing defect.
*The wrong item was shipped. In other words, you ordered a particular Style, Size, and Color but received something else entirely. No problem. We'll take care of you.
Items are NOT eligible for a return if:
*Ordered the wrong Style, Size, or Color. In other words, if you've accidentally ordered in error, we can not accept a return nor offer a refund. Sorry.
*Received the correct item (including Style, Size and Color) but didn't like the fit. In other words, if we ship an item as advertised but you don't like it, we can not accept a return on that item nor provide a refund. Please use the Sizing Charts to ensure the size you receive is the one you'll feel comfortable with.
