If you changed your mind after purchasing, that's OK: Our return policy is designed to allow you to return items for refund or exchange under most circumstances. As a general guideline, the most important thing about returns/exchanges is that (a) you are responsible for all shipping costs, and (b) the returned items must be in the condition that you received them. Items must be mailed within the return period stated in the item listing (usually, but not always) 14 days, but we are not nit-picky and will work with you.
To return items received from us:
1.) You can return the item for a REFUND or apply the price of the returned items towards the EXCHANGE for a different item. EITHER WAY YOU MUST REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM US IN ADVANCE SO WE KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING !!! Call us at (281) 257-8587 or send us a message via ebay.
2.) The shipping costs both ways are NON-REFUNDABLE
3.) The items must be returned to us in the condition received, and using the outer packaging (or equivalent) in which you received them. Specifically, for all light bulb products, we send those to you in a BOX, so WE CANNOT ACCEPT BULB RETURNS in envelopes or padded mailers.
4.) When mailing back using USPS, please use Delivery Confirmation or similar. If you haven't seen a refund within a few days after we receive it, ping us: (281) 257-8587
5.) There is NO RESTOCKING CHARGE unless you are a serial-returner.
6.) If you are EXCHANGING, you are still required to pay shipping both ways for the items. If you want, you can purchase the new items and have us send you a prepaid return-merchandise shipping label with postage and tracking number, we get slightly better rates from USPS than you get at the counter, and it's pretty convenient. We will charge you that postage at cost without markup; it's really convenient so please let us know if you want to do that when you get your returned goods authorization from us. This option is for EXCHANGES only.
