These are NEW J.A.N. qualified Raytheon 5842 WA triode vacuum tubes.   They are a great alternative to the very pricey Western Electric 417A, and are directly interchangeable with the 417A.  The 'W' suffix denotes a ruggedized version; the 'A' is simply a later version of the 5842.  These were made for the U.S. military, by Raytheon in Massachusetts, USA,  and I acquired them directly from the U.S. government.  Guaranteed to be New-old-stock, in pristine condition, in original factory, military style boxes.    Combine with other items that I have listed at this time, and save on postage.  Price is for EACH tube, so get as many as you need.   **International** orders require a $3.00 handling charge per SHIPMENT, in addition to postage fees.  International buyers should wait for for an invoice before sending payment, or inquire about shipping costs.  When making an inquiry about International shipping costs, please tell me **HOW MANY** tubes you wish to purchase.   Thanks for your interest!
