Returns accepted within 14 days. Upon return of the item in its original box, and confirming with ebay that we have agreed to cancel the transaction, refund will be given for the purchase price, minus shipping and handling costs and a 20% restocking fee (sorry, but we work hard, even on Sundays and holidays, to make these hand-made items when you purchase them, so a restocking fee for returns is fair).
