If we don't have the same part for exchange or if we don't have something you need for the same value we will give a refund. We will do our best to work out any transaction. We do not give full refunds for an item that you purchased by mistake. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted if the item is in the same condition it was in when we shipped it. When an item is returned we will only pay for regular ground shipping on the refund ,no over night fees or next day air fees. If you want to return an item please give us time to answer your emails and you may have to send a second email in case we may not have received the first one. Our policy is to leave a good feedback after the customer leaves one for us when they are satisfied with the part and/or our service.
