In some cases, you will need to verify the correct parts by removing the defective component from your system first and prior to ordering to determine which model you have. Ask all questions before placing an order. When buying one of our products please note that the item is sold only for the described purpose. We will replace or exchange only those products which are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company representative.
We gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items that have been mis-ordered may also be returned for refund or exchange for 30 days from the date of purchase at customer expense. Returned items must be in new saleable condition with all packaging and contents. Units showing signs of use, i.e., solder or screw marks or scratches, cannot be returned. A restocking fee may apply. Speakers and parts showing signs of mis-use, overpowering, underpowering (distorted), malfunctioning amplifiers, or improper crossovers will not be covered under warranty. Speakers or parts with burnt voice coils, blistered voice coils, torn cones, spiders, or other signs of abuse, amplifier malfunction, crossover malfunction, or mis-use will not be covered under warranty.

Thank you for saving me almost $400 by not having to buy new Bose speakers. I re-foamed my 8" woofers from 1985 and the sound is fantastic. The instructions were spot on and answered all my questions. Getting the old glue off was the hardest part of the job and the most consuming. But I persevered, and I am a 75 year old woman who loves to listen to organlive from iTunes. Thanks for a great product.
I have just finished replacing the foam surround on one of my two 11" woofers. The video instructions have been unusually helpful, especially the hints to apply adhesive to the back side of the foam before turning it over and attaching it to the cone. It was also very helpful to see how slowly the adhesive sets up, and to keep turning the speaker and pressing the foam into place until the adhesive holds. Illustrating these techniques, beyond your providing the foams and the adhesive, made a huge difference.
SUCCESS! See attached photo. I could not have done this without your great video instructions, your easy to use kit, and your email support. Although I think I could have centered the foam better on the cone as you advised, everything worked out. I will get to the second speaker eventually (it still works but only about half of the foam is left intact)THANK YOU so much for giving me back my sound system and for saving the planet just a little bit by allowing me to repair and not replace.

Having done this a number of times the old way (shims, dustcaps, etc...), this kit seemed too easy. It was, and the result is excellent. The amount of time and work saved over doing it the old way, makes it a bargain. Shipping was super fast and service was first rate. I can't imagine ever replacing surrounds the old way again. This is just a note of thanks. I ordered a new set of passive radiators for my ESS Heil AMT1-A speakers on Nov 6. They were shipped on Nov 7 and I received them on Nov 9. A few days before discovering Simply Speakers I needed replacement surrounds for my Cerwin-Vega AT-12's. I ordered them from Orange County Speakers in CA. They assured their glue was the best and easy to work with. It turned out to be ordinary contact cement that had no work time....much too aggressive and almost cost me my speakers. By that time I had found Simply Speakers, read about your glue, and ordered a tube. I must say I wish I had ordered the kit from you guys to begin with. With your glue I was able to finish installing the surrounds just as your video describes. My Cerwin-Vega's are up and running again. I will order any future speaker kits and supplies from Simply Speakers!
Just wanted to thank the entire staff for a great job on my Snell EII 8" woofer. These speakers are 43 years old and now good as new again. My father in law gave me his Marantz 15" 3 way speaker boxes. I went to repaint the boxes and the foam just fell off. I found you guys and ordered a set. It is absolutely amazing you guys have replacements for speakers built in the 80's like these. After getting them I put the replacements in as instructed, being an engineer I was a bit skeptical this would work. They fit perfectly, and would you believe the glue provided lasted until I finished the second speaker? They are solid, and you guys are an example of how something should be done. Thanks again.

Q: I think I was supposed the get TWO foam edges with my foam replacement kit but I think I only received ONE edge. What happened? A: It is normal that TWO foam edges have shipped and are simply stuck together. Try to peel the two edges apart. If we did make a mistake just contact us and we will be glad to take care of it right away. Some kits are sold in packs of ONE edge only, so be sure your ordered the correct amount.
Q: I ordered a speaker foam repair kit, but I am not sure if it fits my speaker. What do I do next? A:STOP!Contact us right away. DO NOT glue anything if you are unsure of the fit or sizing. If your speaker needs a different size kit and you attempt to glue it, there are no returns! If you GLUE it, you OWN it.
Q: I have a JL Audio subwoofer, and I do not know my model. How do I order a repair kit for it? A: A: Measure your speaker CONE & FRAME diameter and then contact us with those measurements BEFORE you order!
Q: Does Simply Speakers offer combined shipping? A: Yes we do! If you are purchasing more than one item from us remember to wait and pay for all items together. Even if promoted by eBay, wait until you have committed to all desired items before payment. You can also request a combined invoice.
Q: How can I add an item to an order I've already paid for? A: Our order management system is highly automated making it difficult for us to change an order after it has been placed. For this reason we are unable to modify or change an existing order once it has been sent to us from eBay and processed. You will need to place a new order in this case.
Q: Can I change the shipping address for an order that I have already paid for? A: We only ship to the confirmed address provided to us from eBay or your PayPal account. Any address changes or updates must be arranged with eBay or PayPal prior to placing your order with us.

Q: I would like to order some speaker fabric but I need a size longer than 1 yard (36 x 60 inches). Can Simply Speakers help? A: Yes, we can cut your speaker fabric in 1 yard increments as long as you need it, up to 15 yards (45 feet). The width of the material is always 60 inches (5 feet).
Q: What happens if the parts I ordered don't fit? A: If you order something and it does not fit just give us a call at 1-800-511-3343 or 727-571-1245 or email us. Our team is eager to find you the correct size needed and arrange for an exchange. To speed things up please have your order number ready. PLEASE DO NOT GLUE OR INSTALL ANYTHING!
Q: I just finished replacing my diaphragm and the horn still does not work. What went wrong? A: You might have a blown fuse, bulb, or defective crossover or component. This would cause the system not to send a signal to the horn. Test the horn by hooking it up directly outside the speaker cabinet at LOW POWER. If it works you will need to test the fuse, bulb or crossover components and repair or replace them as needed. If the horn is still defective feel free to contact us to make arrangements to return the item for inspection and to receive a replacement diaphragm.
Q: What can I do if my shims don't fit inside the magnet of the speaker I am reconing? A: Speaker models vary. If your recone kit shims don't fit you can cut them into strips and insert several of the strips evenly around the magnet. You can also substitute our shim stock with thinner material such as business cards or other sturdy pieces of clean paper stock cut into strips.
Q: I have decided that I no longer want to repair my speaker myself. Can I just send my parts to Simply Speakers to have them installed? A: Yes! Simply Speakers is Factory Authorized for most major brands. We install what we sell. Feel free to send the unused parts purchased from us for credit toward the repairs done in our shop.
