Most of our parts are removed from USED vehicles and are OEM, although we do have some good quality used and new Aftermarket parts. Therefore there will be some NORMAL wear/tear (examples (not limited to) - scratches, scuffs, pitting, yellowing, fogginess and hairline cracks), but in GOOD usable condition. We do not guarantee bulbs, plugs, wires, mounting brackets and mounting hardware for any of our parts. If a part has some major damage we will list that above in the “item description”.
Keep in mind these are not new parts and you are able to purchase these parts at a fraction of what the dealer is selling them for! They are the same quality you can get at your local salvage yard without having to waste gas or your time taking the part off yourself. Let us do it for you!
All of our parts are subject to local sale, we try to remove the listing immediately but if for some reason the part you purchased has been sold locally and we do not have a replacement we will refund your money and send you an email.

SHIPPING HANDLING TIME/CARRIER-
Most parts will ship within 1 business day Monday-Friday. Transit times are not guaranteed. Once a part leaves our facility we have NO control over the transit times this is up to the carrier/service used. Most parts are shipped using UPS or USPS (whichever is least expensive) at our discretion, which is why we ask for NO PO BOXES; please provide us with an actual physical address.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL-
International buyers are responsible for all applicable duties, fees and taxes along with shipping costs associated with the sale. Please note there may be brokerage fees at customs that you will be responsible for that the carrier charges.
SHIPPING OF MULTIPLE ITEMS-
We offer combined shipping discount for multiple purchases if they can be packed in the same box. Please email us for a quote on shipping of multiple items.
Payment Policies
We accept payment via Paypal or all Major Credit Cards. Sales tax is charged for OHIO residents only. If you want to use a personal credit card you can pay through our checkout or please call us directly at 330-784-6029, 8-5 EST Monday - Friday
Guarantee and Returns
To return an item you must contact us through eBay messaging or call us at 330-784-6029 within 7 business days of receiving the item. You will then receive an email with some questions that you will need to answer to obtain an RMA # (return merchandise authorization).
If the part is found to be defective, we will ship out a replacement or a refund will be issued at our discretion. We do not refund return shipping charges.
If you have purchased an item in error, you will be responsible for the cost of the original shipping/return shipping charges + a 20% restocking fee (to cover the eBay/PayPal fees). Altered items and custom orders are non-refundable or returnable.
Please make sure the part listed fits your vehicle before purchasing. We do NOT guarantee eBay's interchange information or compatibility grid. Our interchange information is listed in red in our description. All interchange that isn't listed in red in our description is not under warranty and is considered null and void. Exchanges and refunds of the purchase price will only be given if an item does not fit the year/model listed under the Donor Vehicle or interchange information listed in red in our description.
