Warranty: Performance part warrants its entire product to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal service conditions for a period of 60 days whichever occurs from the original date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable, is valid to the original purchaser, and limited to the replacement of a defective product only. This limited warranty does not cover labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to Performance Part for inspection and approval.
