places sell the Wool Works brand for twice
this price. They boost the price and offer
free shipping both ways. We have a better
idea. Due to our sizing chart last year we
experienced a less than 3% exchange rate. So
rather than overcharge for the shoes, we
pass those savings on to you. Shipping is
free if you keep the shoes. We can’t pay for
shipping both ways and keep the price this
low. So we don’t do exchanges. Simply return
your item for a full refund of the purchase
price minus shipping. This way you don’t
have to wait to do an exchange either; just
make your new purchase right away, and that
way you can even compare both pairs before
deciding on which one to keep.
Shipping
Free domestic
shipping. We ship Priority Mail on orders up
to 4 pounds which gets to anywhere within
the intercontinental US in only 1 to 3 days.
On orders weighing over 4 pounds we ship Fed
Ex which takes 5 business days. On items up
to 13 ounces we ship First Class Mail.
In determining
shipping and handling times please allow for
"non-business days" such as weekends,
holidays, or any other cause beyond our
control.
For domestic shipments, we can only be
responsible for guaranteeing that the
package will arrive at your location. Once
it arrives, which is confirmed by your
delivery confirmation/tracking numbers, you
have to assume responsibility for it.

where your package is, it is already on your

International Shipments:
We ship
worldwide all of the time. International
shipments are for the price of the item plus
shipping. International buyers agree to
assume responsibility for all taxes, or fees
due by your government or post office. The
overwhelming majority of orders go USPS
First Class Mail International which does
not contain tracking numbers and the actual
shipping time varies; it can take as little
as a week, or as much as 6 weeks depending
on the time of year, and destination.
I strongly recommend choosing the Priority
International option. It costs a little more
but gets there in a fraction of the time.
International shipments do not contain
tracking numbers.
Pennsylvania
residents please add 6% to cover the sales
tax on all fur items.
