1. How long until I receive my template?
   Typically, if there are no requests for any customization to the template, your template is sent within 24 hours.

2. Can I have my name added to the header of the template instead of it saying "welcome to my auction"?
   Usually, Yes. If the header of the template states: Your name here, then it will be sent with your eBay name on the header. If the template has the normal "Welcome to my auction" and you would like to change the header, simply ask me first and I will let you know. Most templates I offer can be slightly altered. Sometimes I may have to alter the design slightly.

3. Can I have the music removed, or add music?
   Yes, you can always request to have the music removed, or request to have music added. Most times I can fulfill a request for a specific song. Just send me a message to let me know.

4. Can I add my own graphics, links, logos, to the template?
   Yes. You can add your own images, links, ect to your template. I encourage customers to customize their template to suit their needs. Once you purchase the template, it is representing your business, not mine. The only stipulations I uphold is that you do not resell the template as a part or whole, or remove my copyright from the template.

5. Can I use this template with Auctiva, Seller source, Ink frog, or another source, or on another auction site?
   Yes. If the site you wish to use the template on, allows access to the html then you can use the template. You are free to use the template anywhere on the web you wish, providing you do not remove my copyright or resell the template.

6. Do you make custom templates?
   Yes, just do a search in my store for custom template. You will find the auction to purchase to have a custom made template. All custom templates are created by your specifications. All work to your template will be uploaded to a private webpage for you to view all work. The custom template WILL NOT be completed and sent until you give the final approval. The custom template is your design, I am merely putting it together for you. Your custom template will NEVER be resold.

7. Do you do custom storefront designs?
   Yes. Because I dedicate my time creating much of my time putting together your storefront by your description and information, custom designed storefront start at $49.99. This also includes 1 matching custom template, your store 310 x 90 logo , your MyWorld 150 x 150 logo and your matching about me page. All of the process with a custom template stated above is included with the custom store design.

9. Do you host, create, and maintain websites for eBay sellers?
