We will combine items purchased over a 7 day period, but you must make just 1 payment to qualify for the combined shipping discount.

Combined shipping within the Continental U.S. - We'd like to make it easy and affordable to purchase more than one item from us.  You'll pay a maximum charge of $12.95 for any number of items you purchase and pay for with one combined payment and have shipped together to one address within the Continental United States when we have the option to ship via UPS ground (we cannot offer this special to orders with a PO box address).  Simply purchase each item you'd like combined, skip the pay now page until you have finished shopping, then click pay now and your shipping costs should be combined, if you are in California or if you feel the shipping is not being calculated correctly, please email us for a combined invoice.

Combined shipping is calculated as follows:  Add the highest shipping shown among the items you are purchasing, then find the 'each additional item' shipping charge on the additional items you would like to order and add that for each item.   If an item has free shipping and you purchase other items, you will pay only the 'additional amount' shown for each additional item.

Combined shipping for buyers in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories - Because quoted shipping costs may be based on ground shipping, all shipping charges shown apply only to orders shipping within the Continental United States. Orders shipping outside the Continental U.S. must ship by air which is far more costly. Please contact us for a shipping quote before making a purchase. We will ship via first class mail if your package is under 13.1 ounces, or priority mail from 13.1 ounces up. 



International Buyers - Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

For Buyers in California - Sales tax of 7.75% is collected on orders shipping to a California address. 


Ship Time:   Some items are readily in stock and do not require specialized packing therefore those items have a quick ship time, some items are received on a weekly basis from various suppliers and may have a longer ship time, we will list an item as available to order if we know that item will arrive within 4 business days after placement of the order.  Please be sure to check the shipping and payments tab in the listing, that will specify the ship time for each item, if items are combined into one shipment, ship time will be the longest time shown among all the items purchased.

Returns: You are welcome to return any item to us within 14 days of receipt if you are unhappy with your item. Item must be in unused condition in original packaging, and return shipping will be paid by the buyer. We will refund only the purchase price and we do not refund the outgoing shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for safe passage of the package back to our facility, as well as proof of delivery. 

Defective Merchandise: All of the products we sell are new and we try to be as accurate as possible in our item descriptions. We have been in business for over 6 years and we insist on only the highest quality items from our vendors. We quality check every order we ship and check items for any known history of problems (such as missing screws, etc.). However, we are not perfect and an item may slip by us that would be considered defective and unusable. In the event you receive a defective item (something that is unusable due to a missing piece or improperly manufactured part) please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your item, and we will process a replacement and return of the defective item. Please note that we may require a photo of the defect prior to settlement, if you don't have a digital camera, the photograph may be mailed to us, if you don't have access to a camera, you will be required to mail the item back to us at your expense for inspection. Important note: Some items may have manufacturing imperfections that we consider normal to a product because case after case of product has shown this to be the norm, some items may vary slightly in quality, color, or size (including angles in the case of metal or acrylic items), some items may have minor cosmetic defects that do not effect the intended use of the item or do not detract from the overall look of the item, we regret that those items would not be replaceable but you may return it to us as shown under the 'Returns' section. 

NOTE: Our customers have overwhelmingly been happy with the quality of their products, and we will continue to quality check every item before shipping so that you will receive the highest quality possible.

Damages: We package items to the best of our ability, however occasionally items may become damaged during shipping. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO OPEN AND INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT. Email us immediately if you encounter any shipping damage. Reports for damage or missing items must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your package so that we may begin the claims process immediately with the carrier. 

After completing a damage claim form and providing proof of damage (see below) your damaged item will be replaced or a refund issued, (we regret that we cannot ship a replacement on international orders, settlement will be in the form of a refund plus consideration of freight paid). You may be required to produce the item for inspection, when contacting us please ask for the disposition of your item before disposing. We will require proof of the damage prior to a replacement being sent or refund processed. Proof may be in the form of a digital photograph (or if you don't have a digital camera, the photograph may be mailed to us), if you don't have access to a camera, you will be required to mail the item back to us at your expense for inspection. In the event a claim is submitted after 3 business days of receipt, we reserve the right to issue a credit towards a future purchase with us in lieu of a replacement or refund. A claim will not be processed after 5 days of receipt of order. All claim forms and photos must be received within 2 days of initial report to us of damage.
