1. Fast shipping: We usually ship items within 1-3 business days
after we receive payment, and also generally provide you tracking information.
2. Combine shipment: We may combine shipment for multiple items
whenever possible, ONLY IF you pay for those items by one single payment. In
other words, if you pay for them separately, we will certainly ship them
3. Confirmed shipping address only: If you pay by Paypal, we can
ship only to the PAYPAL-CONFIRMED address that was attached to your payment. We
cannot ship to any other address per Paypal's seller protection policy. If you
need us to ship to any other address, simply avoid Paypal and email us. .
1. Positive feedback: We like to leave positive feedback for all
our buyers, but we do so only after receiving a positive feedback from them. We
do this to prevent feedback abuse against us.
2. Contact us first: If you leave negative feedback without giving
us a fair and reasonable chance to resolve any issues amicably, you will surely
get negative from us as well.
3. Non-paying bidders: We leave negative to all non-paying bidders.
4. Feedback abuse: We will also leave negative feedback to
customers who leave negative that we feel was not deserved. We also report
feedback abuse to Ebay.
1. Stand by our listing: We offer support/return exactly as stated
in our listing. We stand by exactly what we have promised, and we expect you to
abide by exactly what you have agreed to.
2. If you made a mistake: If you did not read well, or
automatically assumed something, you should carry responsibility for that. We
may go an extra mile to offer help at our own choosing. But we never do so when
buyer is being dishonest, demanding unfairly, or threatening negative feedback.
3. Do not play the game: We mean no offence, but please do not try
to send your bad one to us in exchange for the good item we sent you. Be sure
that we will certainly catch that trick. We keep serial number and/or any other
identifying numbers to identify our products before we ship them out.
4. Refund/replacement: If you sincerely believe that you received
the item "not as described", and your are eligible for a replacement
or refund, please do the following:
Step 1: Please email us (not by phone) within
the listed warranty time and obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization)
number, before you send the item back. Email us through Ebay's "ask seller
a question" link.
Step 2: Ship the item back to us in the condition it was delivered to you
(nothing missing or damaged). Be sure to write RMA number clearly and boldly on
the package. We do not accept any return which does not show the RMA no. on the
Step 3: After receiving the item from you, our service department will examine
the item. If we find the item "as described" in the original listing,
we will sent the same item back to you. If we find that the item was delivered
to you "not as described", we will offer you a replacement or refund.
5. You pay for return shipment: Let it be very clear that you will
bear the cost of the return shipment (back to us) in all situations.
6. Restocking fee: We charge a restocking fee if you send an item
back to us damaged or incomplete, or you want a refund for "accidentally
buying the wrong item"
1. Tarrifs, Duties, Borkerage: Many countries impose their own
customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign
country. Shipping companies may charge additional Vat postage, brokerage etc.
These charges are beyond our control and we carry ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY
for them. Please inquire your local authorities/shipping agencies and buy our
items AT YOUR OWN RISK regarding those charges.
2. Delay in transition: We promptly ship items and provide you with
the tracking information, so you can track the shipment online. It is beyond
our control and therefore we carry ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY if and when the
shipping companies take longer to deliver items.
1. What is Paypal-confirmed address?
-Your credit card's billing address is the confirmed address, if you had that
card added to your paypal account.
2. How to confirm your address with Paypal?
-Log on to your paypal account. Go to your "profile" and click on
your address. If the address is displayed as "unconfirmed", click on
'confirm' button and follow the steps.
