Warranty & Returns:
If we made a mistake, we'll fix it. Depending on the item, we may exchange it, replace it, offer replacement parts, or issue a refund (after the item is returned, of course). Sometimes we may request pictures or other information in order to help us help you.
If you aren't happy with your item, and we didn't make a mistake, you may still return it within 30 days. We will refund payment for the item only, which does not including shipping charges, which are paid to the carrier. Please read ALL instructions before returning items. Failure to follow these instructions may significantly delay processing of your refund.
- Eligible items must be returned within 30 days, or within 7 days of issue of RMA#, whichever occurs first.
- Return all items, including the original packing material, in the condition in which you received them.
- If your items suffered damage in shipping, you MUST contact us for additional RMA instructions. We may refuse any damaged shipment which does not have an RMA number.
- To receive a refund for a damaged shipment, you are required to cooperate fully with the UPS claims process. UPS may wish to inspect or take possession of any item damaged in shipment. You must keep all items AND packing material for inspection. Returning a damaged item to us without our express written authorization will negate our ability to file a damage claim, and you will NOT receive a refund.
- Please indicate the reason for your return.
- Ensure the items are safely and securely packaged in order to prevent shipping damage.
- You MUST include your original packing slip (or a copy) with the returned item. Without it, we can NOT identify you or your order to refund your payment.
- Ship the item(s) to our address as it appears on your packing slip.
- Be sure to use a shipping method that offers tracking or delivery confirmation.
- Most refunds are issued within 2 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
- We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% from your refund for any non-defective returns.
- We ship hundreds of orders every month. Be sure to include the original packing slip so we can identify your order.

- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Standard Shipping may include service by UPS Ground or US First Class Mail.
- Expedited Shipping only means service by US Priority Mail, and does not reduce the processing time for your order. Refer to the shipping tab (above) for estimated delivery dates.
- We charge actual shipping rates for items with calculated shipping, plus a small packaging fee (usually $1-4) to cover materials used. We do not profit from shipping.
- Items will be shipped to the address provided with your payment. No exceptions. No, not even just this once.
- Items may not be shipped on your UPS / Fedex / DHL account. We charge actual shipping rates plus a small packaging fee.
- Shipping addresses may not contain both a PO box and a physical address. Such an address is not valid, and will delay shipment of your order.
- We make every effort to ship items within the time estimated. Please see the shipping tab above for more information. Large items may incur additional delays which are beyond our control.
- We can often combine multiple shipments. Please request an invoice prior to sending payment to take advantage of combined shipping.
- Due to the frightning efficiency of our shipping department, it may not be possible to make any changes to your order after we have received payment.
- Automatically calculated shipping discounts may be subject to correction, at our discretion.
- UPS ground service is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Advertised rates apply.
- Shipping via UPS ground is not available to P.O. boxes.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping Cutoff Times:
- We make all reasonable efforts to ship your order as quickly as possible, however...
- Payments received after 8am for US Mail, or 12pm for UPS Ground, are effectively received on the next business day, since same-day shipping and express order processing are not guaranteed.
- The day we effectively receive your payment is considered the day of purchase, and items are not guaranteed to ship (but could ship) earlier than the 1st business day after your purchase.
- Refer to the shipping tab (above) for estimated delivery dates.
- Pickup is ONLY available for items that list "Local Pickup" as a shipping option. We'll be glad to offer it if you contact us first. You MUST contact us BEFORE purchasing the item in order to pick it up.
- We CAN NOT revise an invoice for local pickup after your purchase, per Ebay policy. No, not even just this once. Please contact us BEFORE purchasing the item.
- Pickup will be available at our Castleton or Downtown Indianapolis location, at our discretion.
- The pickup address will be provided to you with your invoice.
- A pickup appointment is required, to ensure your items are available when you arrive.
- Pickup hours are as follows:
- Castleton - M-F 9a-8p, Sat 10a-8p, Sun 12p-5p.
- Downtown Indianapolis - M-F 8a-3p.
- All freight items are subject to a minimum $20 handling fee. There is no charge to pick up non-freight items.
- Items must be paid for and picked up within 7 days.
- Please request an invoice (total) prior to sending payment to avoid shipping charges.
- We require a copy of your payment receipt printed from PAYPAL (not printed from eBay) as proof of purchase at the time of pickup.

The most reliable way to contact us is via Ebay Messages. Your messages will be answered promptly Monday through Friday in most cases. Emails received on weekends and holidays will be answered the following business day.
Regarding Spam Filters:
Tracking information and other mail regarding your questions or purchases may be sent directly to your registered email address, and may sometimes be incorrectly classified as spam or bulk mail. Check your spam or bulk mail folders frequently. If we require a response and don't receive one, we will assume you no longer require our assistance.
Payment is due within 7 days.
