I had a problem with the delivery services handing-off my package to a business on my road and not to my house that required some additional effort on my part, including notifying the seller that I had not received the package when their records indicated that it had been delivered (properly?).
The seller was in no way responsible for this mix-up.
They always behaved with professionalism.
