Kirsten is in very good played with condition. She has no marks on her face or body. No silver eye. Hair is okay to good condition. Her hair was a mess when we got it so she got it washed, a downy dunk ( to add some softness) & straightened on low heat. Her hair is still dry at the bottoms but overall very nice. I will leave it up to the buyer to decide if or how much they want to trim. Legs are a bit loose, but she still stands. Strings are still attached but seem to be fraying at ends. Dress is tagged Made in china for pleasant company 1994. Clothes are in overall good condition.

 We usually ship within 3 business days. Most often we use USPS priority or first class mail. No shipping dicounts on International orders. Combine purchases in U.S. only, and get 50% off shipping on second item. . ATTENTION: Effective 8/1/09, we will be requiring insurance for international orders. For orders totaling $100.00 or less, insurance will be $2.00. On orders over $100.00, it will be $3.60. This is to defray costs if a package gets lost. Please do not pay until you receive an invoice. I calculate shipping based on First class Mail International. If you purchase several items, you may have a package that exceed 4lbs. We will then have to ship package usings priority mail international which is more expensive. One way to cut down on shipping costs, is to take the doll out of the box. Please message us if you would like that done. Lastly, we will refund the $2.00 handling fee if you leave positive feedback after paying for the item.
