ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR ITEM:
 

Up for your consideration is a really fantastic photo of a skin clinic in Paris in 1918-1919. Photo depicts soldiers around desks and talking on the telephone. One wounded soldier sits languidly in the corner gazing into space. Another stands behind him with a broken arm. In the background are various signs like COOTIES and YOU HAVE SCABIES.

Very touching photo capturing a rare time and place. Lots of emotion in the soldier's faces. Our Ebay pictures are always watermarked to discourage picture thieves and protect your purchase from being copied... our name will not appear on the actual photo you will receive, of course. The actual images do not have our insignia.

Measures 6 inches tall and 8 inches wide. Some moderate edgewear. Please see photos.

USA & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

A: Yes, of course. All of our items are available for pick up at our Anaheim warehouse. We do not charge a pick-up fee and you will save the shipping costs.

Q: Can I come and see this thing before I bid?
A: Yes, we always welcome personal inspection of any items. Keep in mind this is a big place in two buildings with at least 2,000 Ebay items for sale at any time... a real warehouse operation. Always let us know you're coming... and our address and directions are available by clicking that little "ME" icon near our user name near the top of the listing. You'll come into the front office and we'll be glad to bring any item out for you... but you can't walk around and shop. It's not a retail store.

Q: What's the history on this? Where did you get it? How old is it?
A: Our things come from complete estate purchases and bulk unclaimed storage purchases and are selected from thousands of items a month passing through our hands. We obviously can't talk to the previous owner about the items we purchase, so we generally know nothing about the item's past history.

Q: Why is shipping so high? The post office ads on TV say things can ship for $5.95.
A: Shipping and postage rates have gone way up over recent times. While some small things may indeed fit in that tiny flat rate box, most anything will need some sort of packaging materials to protect it, and that means a bigger box. We refuse to ship anything that's not safely packed, and sometimes that also means a bigger box. Other sellers think their responsibility ends when the package leaves them, but we know you want your purchase to arrive safely... and we do too.
