PAYMENT

SHIPPING (USA Only)

• We charge shipping fee on the order with any quantity. The shipping fee may vary according to the shoe types. Order with destination other then the 48 Continental States (such as to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and etc.) will be charged $8 surcharge.
• We will process your shipment via UPS within 2 business days after receiving your payment in full.
• To combine your items into 1 order for shipping discount, just wait until all items are through before visiting checkout or payment. All outstanding items will be combined and the ebay system will adjust the shipping charges automatically in the secured checkout.
• We use UPS Ground Service for all orders with destinations to the 48 Continental states. We use USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail for orders ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, Alaska (AK),American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesiaus (FM), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Marina Islands (MP), Palau (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), and Virgin Islands (VI). SHIPPING (Canada Only)

Return After 30 Days
We will not accept return for exchange for the item that we shipped 30 days ago. Even we may accept it, depend on the exceptional situation, this exchange is subject to the availability of the exchange item.

We DO NOT refund for the items that we receive in return AFTER 30 days, regardless any reason of refund. If we receive a return (for refund) after 30 days, regardless the reason of refund, the buyer will have to either (A) pay for a re-shipping fee for us to ship it back to her/him; or (B) pay for 20% restocking fee (receive 80% refund back to her original payment account). Any paid shipping fee that paid to third party (such as UPS, USPS, and etc.) will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of package through the original payment method.

FashionUGo Shipped Wrong Item or Defective Item
If we have shipped you wrong item (style, color, size) or defective item, we will email you a UPS prepaid return label. Follow the instructions in the email and ship it back to us. Return Merchandise Rules and 30-Day Return Guarantee are still applied in this situation. DO NOT ship the wrong item or damaged item back to us without our acknowledgement. You may ask for exchange or refund for this scenario. As for an exchange, please contact us before returning the package because you need to make sure the availability of the replacement item.

Buyer Changes Mind or Ordered Wrong Style, Color, Size
If you changed your mind or ordered a wrong style, color, or size, you will have to pay for the return shipping at your local store, and prepay us the reshipping fee for us to re-ship you the replacement item. Return Merchandise Rules and 30-Day Return Guarantee are still applied in this situation. You may ask for exchange or refund for this scenario. As for an exchange, please contact us before returning the package because you need to make sure the availability of the replacement item. Any paid shipping fee that paid to third party (such as UPS, USPS, and etc.) will not be refunded. The refunded item with Free Shipping (a promotion) will need to be deducted with the regular shipping rate. All purchases with a sale price of under US $10 are final ($15 for free shipping items).

Returning Item - What Should The Buyer Do?

1. The returned item(s) must be in the original condition you received it. The returned item(s) must be in an unworn condition.

3. Fill out the enclosed Return Instruction Sheet with needed info (order number, reason of return, refund or exchange, and etc.). Enclose this Return Instruction Sheet within your return package. We may delay processing the returned package that without this Return Instruction Sheet.
