Bike World USA will accept returns of items in their original, unopened packaging for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs, within 14 days of the order date. Your return must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the date you placed the order. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Buyer will pay return shipping, unless prior arrangements have been made with Bike World USA. Returns of opened items will not be accepted or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. If the item is damaged or cannot be resold as new, other fees may apply at our discretion. Sales of bicycle frames and/or full bikes are final; no returns or exchanges will be accepted on bike frames and/or complete bikes.
