Returns will only be accepted with a confirmation from our side. You just need to get to us by phone or Ebay email (1.450.435.2408). Exchanges is accepted within 10 days of receiving the item. (You must contact us within 10 days). Item must be unused with TAGS. We do not accept returns on any electrical part, tire, tubes, underwear or special parts (will be listed) If an item doesn't fit or is not the right one for your purpose (example a helmet, gloves, jacket etc.) we will exchange it for the right size, right fit, right item. It is your responsability to buy the items that you think fit the most, therefore we are not paying for shipping to return the item back and shipping to get the right size, fit or item to your door. Only if we don't have the right size, fit or item in stock that we will refund you the item. If we don't have the right fitting item refunds are only for the price of the item not the shipping cost. For exchanges buyer is responsible for extra shipping cost. If item was shipped in error, we will do our best to get you the correct item out to you ASAP. We will either refund you for return shipping or supply you with a shipping label to ship the incorrect part back. If all else fails we will refund you! Returning unwanted items: If, for any reason, you want to return an item, we will refund you. A normal restocking fee of 10% will be charged unless specified prior to ordering first (special items may have a higher restocking fee but you will be noticed before ordering it first). Return shipping costs are solely theresponsability of the buyer. When the item has been returned and passes inspection, the refund will be issued to you thru the same method of payment received. It may take up to 3 days before accepting a return and refunding you. If a product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us and we will issue you a full refund or ship another item out to you upon return of the part.
