Damaged: If
the product is damaged upon

Damage Claim to the shipping

Defect: If
the product is defective upon
arrival, please email us
immediately with a picture of
the product and the defective
characteristic, and we will
assist you with the returning
process. We will issue a prepaid
return shipping label and will
pay for the re-shipping charge.
We can only ship the item out
once the defect item is back in
our possession, so if this is a
replacement, we highly suggest

Lost: If the
package is lost in transit, a
replacement or refund will only
be issued after a Lost Claim has
been approved by the shipping

This warranty
limits the remedy of repair or

defective parts at the sole
discretion of Aeon Imports.
Purchasers remedy does not
include any unauthorized labor,
material, or transportation
charges. This warranty covers
the parts supplied by Aeon
Imports, but does not include
labor and materials of any kind
not furnished by Aeon Imports.
This warranty is extended to and
enforceable only by the first
purchaser at retail.
This warranty
applies only to those products
which have been installed in
accordance with accepted
industry standards by a
recognized professional service
dealer. For example, radiators
and condensers must have the
proper coolant and distilled
water mixture installed in the
part, failure to prove so will
void the warranty. Subsequent
repair or replacement claims
must receive advance approval
from Aeon Imports prior to
commencement of work. The
purchaser is agreeing to provide
us with the necessary and
requested documentation to prove
that they are in compliance with
the warranty once a warranty
claim is initiated. This
warranty gives you specific
legal rights and you may have
other rights that vary state to
state. Some states do not allow
limitations on implied

damages, so some of the
