We will gladly accept returns for any UNUSED, UNOPENED items in their original packaging, for refund through PayPal (not including shipping/handling costs) or exchange. Due to the nature of most items we sell, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened and/or used.
- Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt, and contact us right away if there is an issue. We will gladly correct any errors on our part or postal service damage at no additional cost to the buyer – however products that were received in error must be returned in unopened/unused condition.
- For exchanges requested by the buyer, we will gladly exchange for like item upon receipt of returned original item (in unused/unopened condition), and with payment for the additional shipping/handling of requested item.
- For items returned in unused/unopened condition for refund, refunds will be issued within two business days of receipt of returned product. Please ship via USPS with delivery confirmation.
