Shipping and Handling
• We ship orders in a prompt manner, usually the same day of the order.
• Tracking numbers are available within 24 - 48 hours after your order has shipped.
• UPS is our preferred shipping carrier.
• Shipping fees are stated in the auction.
• International Buyers must contact us for a shipping quote.
• We do offer combined shipping discounts. To qualify items must be purchased within a period of 3 days and paid at the same time. You must pay from the combined invoice which will be sent within 24 hours after your last auction ends. Multiple separate checkouts will incur appropriate shipping charges for each order.

Taxes
• Massachusetts residents are required to pay MA. sales tax of 6.25%. No Taxes required for all other US States.
• International Buyers - *We do not pay for Customs or Duty Fees. These are charges we cannot control or accept because it is different from one country to the next.

Exchanges and Refunds
• Due to the fact that we are an auction site, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• We accept exchanges on all unused items within 7 days of the end of the auction.
• All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which you must contact us before anything is sent back to us - No Exceptions.  Please contact us via eBay message to obtain a RMA Number. RMA # must be clearly shown on the outside of the package upon return.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping fees both ways on returns and is responsible for all duties or other fees.
• Great Hockey Deals has the right to refuse a refund if the product has been used, shows wear, has been neglected or cannot be used for resold.

Payment
• Payment is due within 3 days after the auction ends. If the payment is not received within the 3 days limit your item will be relisted we will file a non-paying bidder report with Ebay and negative feedback will be left.
• We accept Credit Cards through PayPal only
• Please do not bid unless you intend to pay. Non-paying bidders will be reported to Ebay and receive negative feedback.
• We reserve the right to cancel bids with zero or negative feedback (zero bidders please get our authorization before bidding).
• International buyers may only pay via PayPal only.

Feedback
• We will always give a positive feedback to buyers that pay in a timely manner.
• People with no feedback rating must contact us prior to bidding.
• Bidders with a negative feedback rating will have all bids cancelled.
