It includes the hand painted bodysuit and silver wristbands as shown. Includes the original Bob Mackie tag, and has the dancer's name inside of it. There is also a padded bra included that has another girl's name on it, possibly it fit the dancer and was used with the costume, I'm not sure. Include the original COA from Hollywood Movie Costumes.”
