When will I receive my item?

Please see the estimated delivery time above which is based upon standard delivery. If you purchase an item under 1kg by noon, we usually dispatch on the same working day and at the latest the next working day - we do not work weekends. As the cut-off for courier bookings is in the morning, items over 1kg are normally shipped the next working day. If you need your item urgently, we offer a number of expidited UK shipping options at checkout. Please note that we will not regard an item as missing in the post until a period of 10 working days (UK) has lapsed after the date of shipping.

Shipping costs

Please note that shipping costs include the cost of packaging and full insurance for lost items, as well as the costs of postal/courier services. Please bear this in mind when considering the reasonableness of our charges. However, please contact us if you would like us to reconsider our charges, particularly for multiple purchase as these are difficult to accommodate within standard shipping presets.

We will not be responsible for missing items if we ship to your paypal address and this is not the correct address, even if you have asked for your item to be sent elsewhere. Please note that our Europe shipping rates for items over 2KG do not include Malta due to higher courier charges. For Malta, please refer to our international shipping rates.
