PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE CONTRACT BEFORE REQUESTING A RETURN: Returns are happily accept within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for both original shipping cost as well as payment of return shipping. Buyer must first request an RMA number before sending any item back. Any item sent back without an RMA number will be immediately disposed without any right to refund; please only send items back after you have requested an RMA number. A restocking fee may be applied of up to 25%. In the event the item is free shipping, ATOMIC COSTUMES will deduct actual shipping and packing fees and return remainder. Returned items must be postmarked back to ATOMIC COSTUMES within 2 days of getting RMA from ATOMIC COSTUMES. Returns are NOT ACCEPTED under the following conditions: (1) wigs, shoes,hats, makeup, hosiery, lingerie, opened items, decorations, and worn items cannot be returned (2) due to the seasonal nature of this industry, between October 23 - November 14 no RMA's for returns will be issued and as such no returns will be accepted during this period UNLESS we send the wrong item (not just a minor difference but only if we send a completely different item number). Anything purchased before October 23 that needs to be returned must have an RMA requested on October 22 or before. Please take into account that no purchase made before October 23 that is delivered after October 23 can be returned (unless we sent the wrong item). Any item purchased between October 23 - November 14 cannot be returned (unless we sent the wrong item number). Any purchase made during the period of October 23-November 14 means that the item purchased is the buyers item without any right to return unless we sent the wrong item number (not just a minor difference). All other times during the year returns are accepted for any reason but during the above specified period (October 23-November 14) there will be no returns accepted.
