We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If the return is due to a mistake on our part, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charge will be refunded. All refunds will be applied to returned items in new condition (defined as: "unused and resalable") in original package within 30 days of the confirmed day of receipt with 10% restocking fee. If there is damage, obvious sign of usage, missing packaging or loss of tags, only a partial refund will be given. Return package must arrive in our facility within 15 days after you receive RMA* Confirmation by email. Otherwise, the return will be subject to a 20% late fee. There are no refunds on items damaged during shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. You should expect to receive the refund within three weeks from the return shipping date to Boxed-Gifts.com and will be funded back to the payment method that you used only.
