You may return any purchase (except parts and accessories)* to us for any reason, for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Claims for missing items, items damaged in transit or items deemed defective on arrival must be sent to us within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise via en email through eBay to customer service.
Prior to issuing a return authorization number (RMA) for defective items our customer service representatives may proceed with troubleshooting the item by phone or email. Any item returned as defective may be tested by our technicians prior to refunding to confirm it is defective.

How to return or exchange an item:
