1. We will arrange the delivery within 2~4 business days after the payment.
2. Different country has different custom clearance procedure, which may delay the shipping time, especially in Italy, Ireland, UK and so on. Thank you for your understanding!
3. If you request other express service, such as DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX etc, we can also arrange it. Please note it is much more expensive, please contact us in advance before placing the order.

 ◆Exchange◆

You can return any items which you bought from us to exchange to the right items if the items keep in their original condition that same as we sent you.

1. If you received a wrong item because of our fault, we will exchange it free, as long as you return the item in 3 days, and in original condition.
2. If you are not satisfied with the items for your own reasons, such as you choose the wrong size, the wrong color and so on, and need to exchange it , we are also pleased to exchange one for you as long as you pay for the postage and balanced price difference.
3. If your exchange request is unavailable, we will process it as a refund instead.

  ◆Refund◆

     We will refund you on the following terms:

1. If you received a wrong item because of our fault, we will 100% refund to you as long as you return the item within 3 days, and in original condition.
2. If you are not satisfied with the items for your own reasons, except it's a customized dress or  promotional dress, you can also get the refund if the products are returned within 3 days with original tag and package. Only you are required to pay 15% restocking fee and the two ways shipping cost.
3. If you received the items in bad condition because of the shipping, please refuse to sign for and note the reasons for returning, then we will deal it with the courier, and resend a new one in free or refund to you.
