If an order is placed with BOX address, it will NOT be shipped out until we receive a physical address. WARRANTY: All our rotors are covered by a 120 day warranty against warping and workmanship defects, and a 1 year warranty against cracking. Warranty is valid from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover paint peel off or rust problems. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, track racing, off-road use, or improper installation. The brake parts must be installed by professional mechianc. We will not be liable for the cost of related parts, labor for removal or installation, incident expenses, consequential damages or damage to property. This warranty can not be transfered to someone else, only 1 warranty claim is allowed per customer. A proof of purchase and an installation receipt is required for all warranty claims, and a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required from us for the return. Any brand new items can be returned within 7 days after delivery, a minimum 15% re-stock fee will be charged. Missing or Wrong or Damaged Parts on arrival must be reported to us within 7 days after delivery. All package boxes and parts received should NOT be installed or thrown away in this situation. We may require picture proof for some condition. Any damage or missing during shipping will be covered by the shipping carrier.
