Illinois residents are charged 8.5% sales tax on their purchases.

Single Item Purchases:
Our Standard Delivery rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on one simple formula: the size and weight of your purchased items. This means you get our lowest shipping rates, fair and square. The majority of single item purchases are shipped via USPS.

Multiple Item Purchases:
When multiple items of the same item or multiple items of different items are purchased together, there may be times that the eBay shipping calculator did not provide the lowest shipping rate. We review all multiple item shipping charges paid and compare them to the actual shipping charge at the time of shipment. When warranted, we refund the difference to your PayPal account. On multiple item purchases we may use FedEx, UPS or USPS to achieve the lowest shipping cost.  

If your shipping address only includes a P.O. Box, we recommend you add a street address. USPS will be used for all shipments to a P.O. Box address. On multiple items purchased together, a P.O. Box address may not always get the lowest shipping charge, since a lower shipping charge may be available through FedEx or UPS. FedEx and UPS do not ship to a P.O. Box address.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - The United States and International regulations prohibit such behavior.

If you are not completely delighted with your purchase you may return the merchandise for an exchange or refund.

You must notify us no later than 14 days after receiving your merchandise to request an exchange or refund. At that time we will provide a return authorization and shipping address for the return of the merchandise. Send all returns postage pre-paid to the address we provide to you.

We do not refund any shipping charges, only the price of the item being returned.

All returns are subject to inspection and verification.

Refunds are not given for items that have been worn, resized, altered, engraved, or damaged in any way.

We do our best to be as honest as possible when describing all items.

All items are brand new unless noted otherwise.

If we have sent you the wrong item please contact us immediately so that we can correct the problem.

We ship to the address shown in your eBay and/or PayPal account. Please make sure your current address is up to date in both accounts.

If a shipment is returned to us as "Undeliverable as Addressed," we will refund your purchase price, less the shipping charge that was originally paid at the time of purchase.

Delivery:

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from receipt of a cleared payment. Some orders may require a 3 or 4 day processing time prior to being shipped. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. Postal Service holidays.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Delivery via USPS is generally within 2-3 days for the contiguous United States and 4-5 days for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Delivery via FedEx or UPS is generally 2-5 days for the contigous United States.

International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International, based on the weight of the shipment and the destination country. Delivery can vary from 10 to 20 days or more depending upon the destination within the country, the time required for the shipment to clear customs and the buyer's postal service delivery schedule.
