5. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees.
6. International orders generally ship via USPS. Fedex or other shipping is available upon request. Please email us for international shipping quotes.

• Payment - All payments must be received within 5 days of auction end. After 5 days, the item will be relisted and a negative feedback and a non-paying report may be left under the sole discretion of Shop4FTA. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. We will always confirm by email when your payment has been received.
• Warranty - All products are sold with manufacturer's limited warranty. If the merchandise happens to be dead-on-arrival (DOA), we will replace it. We must be notified of defect within 14 days of receipt. Defective items will be replaced with the same item. • Return Policy - All sales are final. If merchandise is defective we will supply you with a replacement. No refunds or credits. Defective item or content discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at the buyer's expense. We suggest you use trackable means as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
