COMBINED INVOICE INFORMATION & DIRECTIONS:

We will gladly combine multiple items into one shipment but you must pay for all purchases on a single, combined invoice to receive the combined shipping discount. DO NOT PAY before requesting a combined invoice as we cannot alter invoices that have been paid. Many customers are unsure of the steps involved in requesting a combined invoice so if you are unsure, please e-mail us and I can send you detailed directions.  Once you have completed your purchases please e-mail me a request for a combined invoice if you have purchased multiple items. We will reduce the shipping charge for multiple items purchases.  If you choose to purchase each item separately, we are not responsible for refunding you the excess shipping charge that may calculate.  After requesting an invoice, please allow 24 hours to receive the adjusted invoice.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

We will ship most items within 48 hours of receipt of payment, Monday through Friday.  On rare occasions it may take longer due to inventory shortages or unforeseen circumstances.  We will e-mail you if for any reason your order is delayed.  Please e-mail us if you need your order by a particular day so that may expedite your order.   We ship most orders in a stay-flat mailer to protect your purchase.  The minimum USPS cost to ship 2 sheets of paper with our mailers is $2.10. All items are shipped USPS. In order to keep shipping cost to a minimum, we ship our scrapbook paper in stay flat mailers.  We will add additional cardboard inserts if needed but it is not typical due to the additional weight and cost.  If you would like us to add additional precautions such as cardboard and/or cellophane their will be an additional cost due to the additional weight. Please be sure to e-mail us your request. We try to keep your shipping cost to a minimal. Therefore, you have 2 shipping options:  We will ship USPS First Class Mail (2-6 days) or for additional money, USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days).   We ship worldwide. International shipping charges may not calculate correctly, so e-mail a request for all international purchases. We will do our best to find the cheapest shipping method possible. Please e-mail us for a shipping quote if not available.

 OUR PRODUCTS GUARANTEE:

All of our products are new from the manufacturer and in the original packaging unless otherwise stated. All our products come from a smoke free and pet free environment.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will do everything possible to insure that your shopping experience with us is a pleasant one. We are confident that you will love your products. If by chance you don't, you can return it in its original condition for a PayPal refund. You must e-mail us within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping cost are not refunded. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to send product back to us. Product must be returned unused, postage-paid and insured; this protects both of us from any USPS damage.

We display all our products utilizing a digital image. Colors may not be exact due to the variance in photography and computer monitors. On very rare occasions, the digital image may not reflect the exact color scheme or their may be slight changes to the item due to manufacturer changes that are not corrected in the digital image.

 Inventory quantities may not reflect the true amount in inventory. Sometimes we run into inventory errors and we will not backorder for these items.  We will notify you if the item selected is out of stock and we will change your order accordingly!
