The seller cancelled the order because shipping charges weren’t up to his price goals. and said I can re-order it with a new $20 up-charge. The price on the listing should be the price that’s honored, don’t waste your time. Super greedy and weird if you ask me.

There was a shipping cost error through eBay's checkout system. We tried to correct with the buyer, he didn't like the true cost, 1st class to Canada is $22.10, eBay charged him $7.00 and change for some reason. We do no pad or inflate shipping, and only charge what we are charged to ship your item, if you are over charged through the eBay system we refund back the extra. We are not greedy or being petty, shipping is what it is. Sorry you could not accept that there was an eBay error.
