When you apply the Skin sparkle it acts as an adhesive for the glitter powder. Wherever you put the liquid the glitter will stay put!

There is also an applicator with a sponge & brush. The glitter goes on best when you use the brush end & "place" the glitter on the liquid.

***Tip*** applying a glitter look can be messy. A great way for easy cleanup is to pack loose powder under the eye. After you have applied the glitter you can easily wipe away the powder & any glitter that dropped ***

Shipping Amount...I primarily ship via USPS First Class and Priority. First class shipping is not much less expensive than Priority shipping because priority shipping envelopes are free. Frst class/parcel post shipping materials and delivery confirmation have to be purchased so 1st class typically adds up very close to priority..if the difference is over $1 I will refund. This is the reason the majority of my auctions have a flat $5 (domestic) or less for lighter weight items. More only if the weight warrants it. I am not in business to make money from overcharging for shipping.

Shipping time…I often ship within the HOUR of your payment, definitely in the same day…but only AFTER you make your payment (as long as the post office is still open for the day). Please don’t consider it my slow shipping if you didn’t send your payment for several days.
