Returns:
Most items can be returned for refund if there are any regrets or changes of heart. We must be contacted requesting a return within 30 days of receipt of the item.
We must be contacted for return instructions and an authorization # before any items are sent back. Any returns without an authorization # may be refused.
International returns must be marked on customs as being returned or package will be refused.
Guidelines for Returns:
A) Product must be in its original packaging, and in resalable condition or a restocking fee of 15% may be assessed for repackaging.
B) For returned items, original shipping will not be refunded (If an item shipped for free this refers to our shipping expense) and returnee is responsible for return shipping costs of item with appropriate insurance coverage.
C) If an item is returned damaged (unless by courier), used, or soiled, a refund will not be issued and sender will be responsible for return freight
D) Once the product is received it will be inspected within a week and when it is determined all of the above conditions have been met a refund will be processed using the same method with which payment was received.
