Generally, we ship orders the same or next business day. Orders submitted after 12pm CST may not ship the same day. Any orders submitted on weekends or non-working US holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Out of Stock

In rare cases we may be short or out of stock of some items that are in high demand. Customers with orders with items which are out of stock will be contacted via phone (if available) or e-mail for permission of short shipping. If after 2 business days we have not received any response from you, we will ship your order short and refund the balance automatically to make sure that you receive your items without further delay. Incomplete orders marked with expedited shipping will automatically ship short due to the shortened time frame of delivery.

Brokerage Fees, Duties, Taxes, Etc.

Whenever applicable, A Treasure Nest is not responsible for payment of brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or other charges on the packages shipped to its customers. The receiver of the package assumes the obligation to pay these fees.

Returns

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the product(s) you received, we will gladly accept a return and credit back the charges to the original form of payment, provided we receive the return within 30 calendar days from the date of invoicing/shipment. All returned items must be in their original state when sold. We charge a 20% restocking fee ONLY for returns of trims ordered by the yard (e.g. 2 yards with maximum continuous length of 10 or 20 yards); this does not apply to full rolls of trim (maximum continuous length available) or other items we sell. Why do we charge a restocking fee for these items? Because it is very labor intensive and costly for us to cut trims to order as well as try to resell odd lengths that have been returned, we must charge a compensatory restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and A Treasure Nest is not responsible for return shipping charges.
