As soon as payment is received, the item will be put into production. It may take up to 4 business days for the item to ship from the date of payment so immediate payment is helpful to you and to us. We prefer Paypal but other forms of payment are available upon request.

We use the US Postal Service to ship all items. Fixed Price items will ship approximately 4 business days after payment. Auction items ship the same day or following business day payment is received, based on the time payment is received. Shipping options include First Class Mail or the expedited service using Priority Mail. Most First Class packages arrive 2-5 business days after shipping. Most Priority Mail packages arrive 2-3 business days after shipping.

Returns are accepted for items that have not been customized only. We are happy to add customizations to any of our designs but please understand that it means we cannot take it as a return later. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping and because we offer free shipping on all of our Fixed Price items, a 10% restocking fee is nonrefundable when the item is received back.
