This 3-Memory Checkbook Calculator stores the balances in its memory, even when it's off! Although the calculator is solar powered it uses one lithium cell battery to maintain permanent memory files. One lithium LR1130 cell battery is installed in the calculator. The average lifespan of the battery is approximately 17 months depending on usage. It features a pen holder slot for your pen. Photo shows pen & checkbook for illustration only-these are NOT included! Although the supplier’s description stated it had a 7-minute auto shut off feature, when I read the owner’s manual it said 6 so I went with the 6 minute in my description! In an effort to save you money no longer add my shipping expenses to a handling fee.  I am relying on your 5 star feedback to so I can continue to offer free shipping on most of my first class listings and not charge for my packaging supplies.  I recycle boxes, padded bags and packing pellets.  My communication is excellent and I normally ship every day. I strive to give you a 5 Star service and hope you agree. 

SHIPPING

All items must be paid within 4 days, unless we make other arrangements. If it is not paid for by the 4th day it will automatically go to an unpaid item. I will send a payment reminder on the 3rd day in case you forgot!

COMBINED SHIPPING:  I offer a good combined shipping on multiple item invoices. I put everything in the package and weigh it. Whatever the USPS charges me to ship is what I charge you. I use a shipping calculator as there is a big difference in the cost depending on the zip code.  If you want the best shipping cost please wait until I invoice you. The calculator will NOT figure multiple items accurately and you will pay too much if you pay without waiting for the invoice. I will not refund shipping overages if you pay without waiting for the invoice.

HANDLING FEES: I do not include in my handling fee any of my packaging costs, gas, time, fees etc. I do have a 79 cent Domestic handling fee to  cover my exact cost to insure it unless the shipping is free on all items over $15.00.. No Domestic handling fee on free shipping!The insured amount will not be included on the shipping label price that appears on your package. I am billed separately for insurance as I purchase it through a 3rd party vendor to save money. The USPS wants $1.75 to insure the same amount. If insured, you will receive an email confirmation from Ink Frog with details- I insure everything Domestic over $15.00. Also International First Class always has a $1.00 handling fee to cover my exact cost of the insurance. 

SHIPPING TO ANOTHER ADDRESS: I prefer to only ship to your registered address but I will ship to another address providing- you tell me ahead of time via email as I rarely see the comments on the pay slip. I need the zip code you will be shipping to so I can figure the shipping charges for that zip code and not yours.  AND you need to change the address when you pay for the item. Just click "edit ship to address" and enter the person's address you want it shipped to. If these things are not done according to my policy the package will be shipped to the address PayPal tell me to ship to.

I ship fast most of the time- see my feedback. If an unforeseen circumstance delays shipping you will receive an email from me with with an explanation.

If the shipping cost is substantial I will offer you a choice. Be sure and click on the shipping details tab at the top of the listing to see your options, if any.

You will receive a shipping notice with the tracking number from PayPal or eBay after I print the label.

Note: if you use e-check through PayPal it generally takes about 7-10 days to clear!

International winners must pay with PayPal.

International Buyers – Please Note:

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Please do not ask.
