Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. Buyer must contact the seller in writing within 3 days of receipt of item stating the reason for return or exchange. A 10% restocking fee must be paid by buyer for any returned item. This fee will be subtracted from the refund issued by seller. S&H will not be refunded. Items being exchanged will not be charged the restocking fee. Buyer to pay all return shipping costs. Item must be insured.
Damaged items will be claimed by the seller through insurance. Buyer must keep all packing and the damaged item for insurance inspections. If a claim is denied because buyer did not keep the packing, a refund will not be issued.
