 All items are priced by weight, and we use the most affordable and secure   service available. Please See P+P Tab, for individual item prices.

If you wish to   return an item please go via ebay returns, and wait for a response before   returning an item, All items must be returned with all packaging in an   unused condition, please include with your return, item number, user id and   reason for return. Please note we do not accept returns on the following   items, Wigs, any other type of facial or body hair, Hosiery & Lingerie,   Make-up, any items won in an Auction style listing.

Please allow 5-7   days for your refund to be processed.

 Under the   Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right   to cancel an order within seven days
 starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a 'cooling off'   period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.

If you wish to   cancel an order, please message us via Ebay or phone Customer Services on   01702 617821, To cancel the order you must give us notice within seven   working days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order.Once   you have canceled the order, you have a legal 'duty of care' to take good   care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to our   warehouse address shown below.

 We would   request that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an   insured courier service for larger items.
 Please be aware that Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will only offer   compensation up to £32 should a package not be delivered and therefore must   not be used for returning any items of a higher value. Please include your   details with the returned item.

Breakages &   Faulty Items

Please inform us of   any damages within two working days of receiving the item(s). Items that   have been damaged while in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost.
