After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have two check-out options:
Check-Out Now! If this is a "Buy It Now" listing, click the "Buy It Now" at the top of this listing to immediately proceed with our checkout and payment process. If this is an Auction listing, place your bid by clicking on the "Place Bid" button at the top of the listing.
Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.
You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay store. You have 3 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout!
We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.
Shipping Times: We give first priority to expedited orders, with ground orders receiving lower priority. Generally, most orders will be shipped the same or next day. If your order is expected to be delayed in shipping, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone. Please note that we do not ship items on Saturday or Sunday, so orders placed on either of those days will not ship until, at the very earliest, Monday.
3-Day means 3 business days (day of shipment does not count), 2-Day means 2 business days (day of shipment does not count), and Overnight means next business day. Place your expedited order by12 PM EST Monday thru Friday and we will do everything in our power to ship it the same day. If you place your expedited order after12 PM EST it will ship the next business day. Ground/Economy orders can take 1-3 days to ship. Orders may be subject to verification which may result in delayed shipping.
Receiving Time: Please be aware that shipping time refers to BUSINESS days and does not include weekends. We have no control over your order once it has been shipped. If your package is taking a long time getting to you, and you can tell from the tracking number that we have sent it out, we suggest contacting the carrier first for the fastest and most accurate answers as to why your package is taking so long to reach you.
Shipping Carriers: We always try to honor your request for a specific shipping carrier. That being said, even though you may not have chosen USPS, we sometimes ship USPS to save money on shipping and keep your shipping costs down. If for any reason you cannot accept USPS deliveries at your location, please let us know on your order notes.
FedEx may require a signature even if we request otherwise. For example, if you live in an apartment without a doorman, FedEx may require a signature. If this is a concern, be sure to deliver to an address where someone will be around to sign.
OVERSIZED PACKAGES: If for some reason your package is really, really big, we may email you a quote for shipping that differs from the numbers you see during check out. We won't ship your order until we get your approval regarding the new charges.
International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
The United States Postal Service does not have the ability to track international packages (including shipments to Canada). Just to reiterate, under the circumstances described the tracking is out of our hands so don't get mad at us if we cannot give you the exact location of your package. First Class Mail International generally takes 3-5 weeks for delivery. Priority Mail International generally takes 10-14 days for delivery. Please note that this is dependent upon USPS and the customs offices in the delivery country...we have no control once it leaves our store.
So sorry, but we CANNOT ship internationally to Indonesia, Malaysia, or Singapore. Please don't hate us.
Military Personnel Orders: We love the military and are more than happy to ship to APO and FPO addresses thanks to our good friends at the US Postal Service.
Shipping to PO Boxes: We are the best shippers in the world and we are more than happy to ship to a PO Box on most orders. If we cannot ship to your PO Box, we will contact you immediately for a physical address.
Damaged/Mis-shipped Items: We make every effort to send your order packaged properly, correctly, and completely. Unfortunately, occasionally there may be errors or damage. Mis-shipments, damage, or shipping errors must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery so that we may promptly submit a claim to the courier or rectify the problem.
Incorrect Shipping Address Given: If you give us a delivery address that is incomplete or requires correction by the delivery company (UPS, Fed Ex, United States Postal Service, DHL, etc.), you will be charged the correction fee (charged by the shipping company - usually $10 - $20, depending on the shipping method). If you give us an address that is not a deliverable address, you will be charged for the shipping and the return shipping plus a return/re-stocking fee on the merchandise.
Orders Not Received: Please note that it is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive your order within the expected shipping time.
Cancelled Orders: We make every effort to process your order promptly. If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, your order does not qualify for cancellation, and, if returned, will be charged all applicable return fees.
Credit Card Chargebacks: Please note that if you initiate a chargeback on your credit card, and the credit card company declines the chargeback, you will be charged a $35 fee.
We are forced to charge Sales Tax at the rate of 7% for all orders shipped to any address within the state of Georgia.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and our service. Within 30 days of the purchase of your order, you may return any product purchased from Rodeo Beach unused and in its original condition for credit or exchange. You can either bring your product and your sales receipt to our store or you can mail the product and sales receipt back to us and we'll credit the credit card or account used for the original purchase within 5 business days of receiving your package. If you originally received free shipping, we will deduct $5 from your refund to partially compensate for shipping costs. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If you wish to exchange your product, you may do so in one of two ways.
1) Simply place a new order with us for the new product and mail the original product back to us as a return for a refund.
2) Send the item back to us as an exchange, and we will ship the new product back to you once we receive the original item. Put a little note in the box letting us know what you need for us to do along with a check for return shipping ($5 US, $30 International).
Please note the reason for the return or exchange on a note in the box. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible). Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, please use UPS, Fed Ex or Insured USPS for shipment. Always be sure to get tracking information for your package.
