Delivery: We print to order every two or three days and that way we can offer the entire 3500+ inventory at a reasonable price. Each item is printed, collated, bound, packaged and shipped as soon as we can but it takes a little time so please be patient. With the vagaries of the post office it can take two weeks for delivery and the more time we spend answering where is my item questions, the slower the whole process. PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR SEND AN EMAIL ASKING WHEN YOU WILL GET YOUR PURCHASE FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS! If you need special handling, tell us, we can help. We also combine shipping on multiple purchases.

Tracking: Most U.S. shipments will have tracking. If your package has tracking, the number will be sent to you in an email. If you do not get a tracking number the shipping method did not offer tracking.

Quality: Our mission is to preserve old firearms catalogs at a reasonable price before they are all gone, but our reprints are NOT forgeries of originals, they are exact copies of the originals but not necessarily the exact size or on the original paper or with the original binding. Keep in mind that we reprint over 3500 different publications and each reprint necessarily reflects the quality of the original or copies we work from. Not all donors are perfect by any means. Many old catalogs were printed on poor quality, thin paper with cheap inks that bled and some donor catalogs suffer from stains, rips, bleed-through, fading, bug damage and a host of other problems. Not all can be restored to original condition. We also work with both old reprints and old photocopies. Why? Because that is what is available. This stinks! We have over 16000 happy customers from all over the world, but we cannot please everyone all the time, nevertheless we can put things right, even if the post office destroys your package. If you don't like what we send you or if it is trashed, tell us. Don't just give us bad feedback. Why? Because we will refund your money or replace your item for free (of course, we don't do that too often with the same customer) ... and the Ebay terms of use require you to let us try to fix your gripe!
