You are bidding on a Department 56 Village Piece. This is the "Snow Village Mayor's Mansion" piece from the Original Snow Village series - Item# 56.55607.

This piece was a limited edition of 12,000 that was introduced in 2006 and was retired in 2007. It's dimensions are 9 x 6.75 x 8.75". It is in brand new condition and will ship in the original box. The trees and any other accessories found in the picture do not come with the Village Piece unless otherwise noted above. If interested in any accessories, please inquire about availability as we may have them in stock as well.

Shipping - U.S. Customers: Item will be shipped upon confirmation of payment. Shipping to the lower 48 states is through U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail and is $12.25. Shipping to HI and AK will be more. Please inquire for costs. Insurance IS included in the shipping cost. We ARE willing to combine shipping if multiple items are purchased.

Shipping - International Customers: We do ship to international customers via U.S. Postal Service International. Please inquire for shipping costs. Also note that we will not be held responsible for any additional duties or fees beyond the shipping cost. That will be the buyer's responsibility.

Payment, Handling and Returns: We accept PayPal as our preferred form of payment. All items are sent in brand new condition and packaged with great care to prevent breakage.
