Shipping
We ship most of our auto parts from our company owned warehouse located in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. We also drop-ship from several other warehouses located across the United States. We ship 99% of all orders same day if ordered before 3:00PM EST Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We also ship most items worldwide same day. We ship with USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, & UPS. All customers outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your countries customs office. We do not have any control over these fees and we cannot estimate the amount. Please contact your countries customs office for more details.

Return Policy
This section is for new returns only. A new return is considered a brand new item that you ended up not needing or perhaps you purchased incorrectly for your specific vehicle. Any warranty, defect, or damaged shipment information is below. Please keep in mind that spending time before purchasing the part to confirm it is indeed exactly what you need can help prevent you from ordering the wrong part. All other returns must first be called in at 1-866-770-2771 or 321-777-2771. All returns must be shipped back to our Florida warehouse within 60 days of purchase and must be in their original factory packaging. All shipping costs are the buyers' responsibility. Warranty Information
We offer a full manufacturer warranty on all items we sell and we also offer our own 12 Month/12K Mile warranty on all items. Original purchaser only. Proof of original purchase required. Commercial, Limousine, Off-Road, & heavy duty vehicles are not included. Damaged, stripped, or broken items during installation cannot be warrantied. (details)

Shipping Damage:
Shipping damage is any item/package suspected of being broken or damaged in anyway during the shipping process. We purchase full insurance for this, however the damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the package. Please immediately call us at 1-866-770-2771 or 1-321-777-2771 to report damage.
