All merchandise to be returned needs to be in original condition; including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. To return any ear related products original factory seal MUST be intact. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to our warehouse. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Their is 10% restocking fee on all items with Free shipping or minimum fee of $3.00 which ever is greater. Please contact us first before returning any merchandise for approval and an RMA number.
