Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. All returns must be received in the same condition as shipped. Items that have been worn, soiled or damaged will not be eligible for return credit.
Shoes returned for incorrect sizing must be returned at buyer's expense. Replacement shoes will be shipped free unless correct size is not available, in which case the original bid plus shipping will be refunded. Buyers requesting refund instead of exchange for incorrect size shoes will be refunded ONLY their original bid.
Refund including return shipping will be issued for incorrectly packaged or defective merchandise when inspection of the returned merchandise has been completed.
Any exceptions to this return policy must be approved by Cobbler's Corner prior to returning the merchandise.

All orders to be shipped UPS must include a street address. Any orders including only a post office box number will be shipped via US Postal Service. All orders for UPS shipment to Canada must include the buyer's home phone number.
