Shipping
Arrival time for shipments is, unfortunately, not an exact science; there are a number of variables that impact the time it takes for your package to arrive. We guarantee all standard shipping deliveries will arrive within as soon as possible following completed and received payment. Please be aware of our stated ship-to time allowance when bidding and leaving feedback. Please remember before leaving anything other than positive feedback that estimated shipping arrival times are just that.

Return Policy:
Any merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt for refund or exchange with the qualifying conditions detailed below. Failure to adhere to this policy will void your return and the merchandise will not be accepted. We suggest using UPS or another insured carrier to verify and protect the value of your merchandise. Used merchandise will not be accepted for return. Shipping will be refunded only for defective merchandise.

All Shoe, Racquet, and Apparel Purchases:
Returns will be accepted only for items in new condition and with original packaging.

Shoes must be returned in brand new condition and in the original manufacturer's shoe box. Do not apply any shipping labels or packing tape to the shoe box. Please wrap the shoe box in brown paper or other wrapping material, or place it into a larger box, in order to preserve the shoe box. Shoes cannot be scuffed, marked, or show signs of wear.

Racquets must include original plastic on grip, no marks on frame, or signs of any use.

Apparel must be returned with original hang tags or labels, and cannot show signs of wear.

Warranties:
RallyTennis.com is proud to provide manufacturer warranty assistance to customers will legitimate claims. Our close relationships with the best racquet sports manufacturers, and our authorized dealer status, enable us to offer warranty protection to all eligible items. Not all eBay sellers offer warranty protection.

What's covered under warranty will vary depending on manufacturer, but most all premium racquet purchases enjoy 12 months of full coverage, and typically shoes have 6-12 months of coverage. Please refer to a given manufacturer's warranty information listed on a their website or product packaging for details and eligibility.

If you feel you have a legitimate warranty claim based on manufacturer or factory defects, contact us and we'll be happy to assist you in your claim. Please be aware that warranty claims are often investigated by the manufacturer and that refunds or replacement items may not be made available for products experiencing damage as a result of misuse.
